Words of affirmation

Sometimes you just need words that meet you where you are.

What do you need words for right now?
What tone would help most?
Nothing you choose here leaves your browser, and Right-Support does not create a profile.
You are allowed to need reassurance before you know exactly what to do next.
Right-Support.org does not use affirmations as a substitute for professional care or urgent support.

Understand your options.

Different kinds of support can sound similar. Open a card to understand what each option does, or compare two side by side.

About Right-Support.org

Having access to support does not always mean having access to the right support.

Portrait of Julie, founder of Right-Support.org

Founded from lived experience.

Right-Support.org was created by Julie after witnessing the impact of poorly addressed mental health among people around her, while also experiencing many forms of mental-health support herself from a young age. Over time, she learned that being “in therapy” does not automatically mean feeling understood, supported in the right way, or properly oriented. The project grew from a simple idea: people often know they need help before they know what kind of help they need. Right-Support.org aims to make that next step clearer, calmer and more accessible.
